How Long Does Shipping Take and How Much Does It Cost?

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. You will be notified by email once your order has left us and will be sent information on how to track it.

Where Is My Order Shipped From?

We ship all of our orders from Troy Lee Designs Europe from our warehouse in The Netherlands and we send all orders duties paid. You won't need to pay anything extra on top of your delivery charge.
 

CUSTOMER RETURNS

Extended Returns

We know that Troy Lee Designs gear makes for a great gift for those special Moto & Bike fans in your life, so in the run-up to the festive season, we have extended our returns window to 60 days from the date of purchase! This is valid on all orders placed between 25th November 2024 to 31st December 2024. Any orders placed outside of this window will be subject to our usual 30 day returns policy.

TLD offers easy and convenient 30 day returns and exchange program. You are able to return unused product for a credit to purchase a replacement product or refund (shipping fees NOT included.)

To process your return, you will need to provide:

1. Your Order number from your confirmation email or your My Account page
2. Zip code associated with the order

To start the return process and receive your Return Authorisation Label (RA#) please click here start a return

Please note: RA#’s are valid for 30 days and will not be accepted if received after 30 days.

After the product is received (7-10 business days), a credit memo will be emailed as proof of receipt and refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

• Items must be new and include the tags.
• Tip – try on your gear inside the house with all the tags and labels intact.

 
We’re sorry, but we can’t cover the postage costs for returns made outside our free returns service.

Warranties

At Troy Lee Designs, we take great pride in the quality and fit in each of our products for 1-year after purchase. All Bike and Moto helmets, however, have a 3-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase. We will stand behind them 100%. If for any reason, you have not been completely satisfied, TLD will provide the following warranty policy.

We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to customerservice@troyleedesigns.com. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to crashes, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colours and materials over time and/or exposure.

TLD may request the defective product for further inspection. If so, a prepaid return label will be emailed. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.

You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
