What is the returns process?


If you aren't stoked with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days of the date of receiving your order.

All items returned for a refund must be in unworn, unused, unwashed condition, with original tags still attached, its original packaging and be in a resell-able condition.

To return your items, please contact us here with your order number, the name of the items you wish to return as well as the reason for each item from the list below:

  1. Wrong item sent
  2. Ordered in error
  3. Too Large
  4. Too small
  5. Ordered multiple sizes
  6. Doesn't look like online image
  7. Change of mind
  8. Arrived too late
  9. Quality
  10. Faulty
  11. Don't like the colour/item
  12. Other (please advise)

Our customer service team will then provide further information on returning your order to us free of charge.

Can I Return My Order For an Exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the new size.

Are Returns Free?

Yes, we offer free returns on all eligible items. For any returns sent outside of our free returns service, we are unable to cover the cost of return. 


How Long Will My Refund Take To Process?

Once your return has been received back to us, we aim to issue your refund within 7-10 working days.


At Troy Lee Designs we take great pride in the quality and fit of each of our products for 1 year after purchase. We will stand behind them 100%. If for any reason, you have not been completely satisfied, Troy Lee Designs will provide the following warranty policy.

We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos here. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to crashes, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colours and materials over time and/or exposure.

Troy Lee Designs may request the defective product for further inspection. If so, a prepaid return label will be emailed. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.

You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
